Private Equity Associate, Telecom & Digital Infrastructure

We are partnered with a leading investment firm focused on digital infrastructure and TMT in the search for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their investment team.

The firm recently completed a significant fundraise with strong support from institutional investors. With more than $3 billion under management and a track record spanning nearly a decade, the platform specializes in providing flexible equity, credit, and structured solutions to lower middle-market businesses in digital infrastructure, telecom, software, and managed services. Their mission is to partner with strong management teams and accelerate growth by combining capital with strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support transaction execution across equity and credit strategies, including financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
• Conduct market research and sector analysis to support sourcing and thesis development
• Partner with management teams and portfolio leaders on strategic growth initiatives
• Prepare investment committee materials and portfolio monitoring reports
  

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of pre-MBA experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity (sector focus in TMT, digital infrastructure, or software is strongly preferred)
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Clear communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative team environment with entrepreneurial drive
