What you’ll do
- Build and maintain financial models and market analyses
- Support diligence processes and transaction execution from sourcing to close
- Partner with portfolio management teams on strategy, operations, and growth initiatives
- Contribute to deal sourcing and market mapping efforts
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of investment banking experience (M&A preferred) or equivalent background
- Strong technical skills and proven transaction experience
- A self-starter with the maturity to handle responsibility in lean teams
